Delete your Twinsprig data

Twinsprig: Hard Logic Puzzle · account and data deletion

Twinsprig never asks for your name or email. Your progress is tied to an anonymous account created on first launch. You can delete that account and everything linked to it at any time.

Fastest: from inside the app

1. Open Twinsprig and tap the gear icon to open Settings.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my data.
3. Confirm with Delete everything. Deletion happens immediately.

By email

If you can't use the app, write to rosskymedia@gmail.com with the subject Delete my data. Include your Player ID, shown at the bottom of Settings. Because accounts are anonymous, it is the only way we can find yours. We complete email requests within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

Data	What happens
Your anonymous account	Deleted from our servers.
Your level records (moves and swipe counts)	Deleted.
Your gameplay events and crash reports	Deleted.
Progress and settings on your device	Wiped when you delete from inside the app.

What is kept

Only anonymous totals that are no longer linked to anyone, for example how many players in total have cleared a level. Without a deletion request, gameplay events and crash reports are deleted automatically after 14 months. Read the full Privacy Policy.
